The petitioner, being the father of Respondent No.2, who is a minor daughter, is bound to maintain her. The learned Judge of the Family Court, after considering the entire material on record, passed an order under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity ‘the Cr.P.C’). There are no irregularities in the order passed by the learned Judge of the Family Court. Hence, the Criminal RevisionCase is liable to be dismissed. 4. 5.
