Case No. 132/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109, 308(4) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 25(1-A) & 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Alok Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Civil Court, Ramgarh. 3. On 27.12.2024, two unknown persons on a motorcycle came to the work site of the informant and opened fire to enforce demand of rangdari. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Alok Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Civil Court, Ramgarh or his successor in connection with Gola P.S.
