(Oral) While placing on record copy of office order dated 31.7.2025, issued under the signature of Director of School Education, Mr. B.C. Verma, learned Addl. Advocate General, states that promotion of the petitioner has been withdrawn vide order dated 21.10.2024 and he has been repatriated to his parent post of JBT. He further submitted that petitioner has been further posted against a vacancy in GCPS Jhagriani, Education Block Hamirpur, District Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication, this Court is persuaded to agree with learned Additional Advocate General that reliefs as prayed for, in the instant petition stand granted to the petitioner, as has been fairly acknowledged by learned counsel for the petitioner. - 2 - 3. Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
