This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 14.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68339 of 2018 to expunge condition (i) of the said bail order whereby petitioner was directed to deposit his passport before the Trial Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the case, police submitted final form after thorough verification and during investigation, no material has Patna High Court CR. No.8390 of 2025(3) dt.27-02-2026 2/2 come to connect this petitioner in the alleged offence as such, petitioner prays for necessary modification in the aforesaid order dated 14.12.2018 regarding release of his passport. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, present modification petition is allowed with direction to the Trial Court to release passport of the petitioner. 5.
