Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application also was transferred to this bench. 1.2 Today is the first hearing before me. 2. As per prosecution, trial is at almost fag end. 3. Since during pendency of this application, circumstances have changed in the sense that trial has proceeded further, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court. 4.
