For the respondents : Mr. Rajan Kahol, Additional Advocates General. ________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge ( oral) Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner, as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by Mr.Sanjeev K.Suri, learned counsel representing the petitioner, is that though in terms of limited tender notice dated 16.07.2025, petitioner herein was declared L-1 and during negotiation proceedings, he had offered to serve the food at the rate of Rs. 260/- instead of Rs. 270/- as quoted by him in tender process, but yet respondents are hell-bent in giving work of serving Chambyali Dham in International Minjar Fair, Chamba to the dignitaries to some third party, which has not even participated in tender process. 2. Having taken note of aforesaid grouse of the petitioner, this Court called upon Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, to have instructions from Deputy Commissioner, Chamba. After consulting Deputy Commissioner, Chamba, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that as per said authority, 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? petitioner has now agreed to serve the Chambyali Dham at the rate of Rs. 215/- per plate, which fact has been fairly acknowledged by Mr. Sanjeev K.Suri, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view aforesaid settlement arrived inter se parties, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of with a direction to Deputy Commissioner, Chamba to award tender for serving Chambyali Dham to the dignitaries attending international Minjar Fair, Chamba w.e.f 26.07.2025 to the petitioner, at the rate of Rs. 215/- per plate.
