Rc.No.HR/4469/2017 Dated.12.06.2019 issued by the 2nd Respondent and also the appointment/promotion of the 3rd Respondent to the post of JL M.Phil/Ph.D from PGT without possessing the required qualification by placing him at Roster Point 03 M.Phil/Ph.D by violating and bypassing the Society Standing Order 09 of 2002 Dt.05.12.2002 as illegal, arbitrary and against to the principles of natural justice and also in violation of Articles 14 of the Constitution of India consequently directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the appointment/promotion of the 3rd Respondent as he is not eligible to the Roster Point o3 M.Phil/Ph.D and pass…” 2. None appeared for the petitioner. Earlier also, there was no representation for the petitioner. 3. Learned Additional Government Pleader for Social Welfare would submit that subsequent to the writ petition, the writ petitioner was already been appointed as Junior Lecturer vide proceedings dated 19.10.2020 and cause does not survive for further adjudication, and the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for Social Welfare, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
