IA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased 3 pleased to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and respondent Nos.5 to 8 in respect of the Siyonu Prayer House situated in Jamigolvepalli village and Jerusalem Prayer House, Gudivada, which is the subject matter in O.S.No.77/2020 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gudivada, Krishna District pending disposal of the Writ Petition in the interest of justice. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the police are not interfering in the matter, since it is a civil in nature. 4. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute. There shall be no order as to costs.
