When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent police, after completing the investigation, filed a negative final report dated 19.11.2024 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Ramanathapuram and that the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, considering the report and other records, accepting the final report, ordered to close the FIR as 'further action dropped'. He has also produced the copy of the final report and the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram, in Crl.M.P.No.9601 of 2024 dated 26.12.2024. 3. Since the FIR in Crime No.4 of 2023 was already ordered to be closed, this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
