None present for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Narayan Dutt, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioner is serving as Parayawaran Mitra in Health Department. He was transferred from Sub-District Hospital, Lohagat to Primary Health Centre, Pati, both within District Champawat, vide order dated 25.07.2022. Aggrieved by his transfer, petitioner filed this writ petition. No interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner. 4. Learned State Counsel points out that in the absence of any interim order, petitioner must have joined at the transferred place. 5. This Court finds substance in the submission made by learned State Counsel. Since petition was filed in 2023, therefore, without there being any interim order, petitioner must have joined at the transferred place. 6. Even otherwise also, transfer is an incidence of service and petitioner’s transfer was made as per condition of service. There is no allegation of mala fide. This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned transfer order. 8. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
