SUTHAR Date : 10/06/2025 ORAL ORDER Present petition is sought seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to carry out impartial investigation and to transfer the investigation to any other reliable and trustworthy agency like CID or CBI. Perusing the order dated 28.03.2025 passed by the coordinate Bench, it appears that charge-sheet is filed pending the present petition and even the petitioner has filed a detailed representation but same is not considered properly by the Investigating Officer. In the case on hand, charge-sheet is already filed and therefore, prayers seeking impartial investigation has become infructuous however, if the petitioner is having any grievance qua investigation, then appropriate remedy is available under the R/SCR.A/2989/2023 ORDER DATED: 10/06/2025 statute. If so advised, the petitioner shall have liberty to file appropriate proceedings qua any grievance against the investigation. Hence, no case is made out to pass any further direction in view of the filing of charge-sheet pending the present petition and hence, present petition is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case. Rule is hereby discharged. In view of disposal of SCR.A No.2989/2023, Criminal Misc.
