The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to set aside the Appeal in Case No.KIC 12772 APL 2018 pending before the respondent No.4 vide Annexure-G and proceedings in Case No.KIC 12772 APL 2018 before the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:2442 WP No. 8975 of 2020 Karnataka Information Commission, Bangalore vide Annexures- A1 to A11. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Counsel Sri.Arun A.Gadag., submits that the second appeal that has been filed by the first respondent before the Commission will be withdrawn within two weeks from today. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for respondent No.1 is placed on record. 5. The grievance of the petitioner is met with because of the undertaking for the withdrawal of the second appeal. In the result, the proceedings before the fourth respondent are hereby quashed. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the first appeal at the earliest.
