No. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE 6. 16-10-2025 VN, J This case is listed under the caption “For Clarification” to clarify that while perusing the Order, dated 04.09.2025 passed by this Court in this Writ Petition, this Court had observed some errors which are to be rectified. The modifications in the said order as follows; The sentence “However, neither there is an absolute bar nor stay can be granted as a matter of course” in Paragraph No.15, “this determination whether the criminal case involves complicated facts can be examined only after a charge sheet is filed” in Paragraph No.18 and after the words criminal proceedings in Paragraph No.19, the word “and” and in the same Paragraph the sentence “In disciplinary cases initiated” are to be deleted and after the words in all types of situations the word “like” is to be incorporated by deleting the words “In disciplinary cases initiated” before the words on account of criminal cases, and further “the stay of departmental enquiry is desirable under the said clause” in the same Paragraph is to be deleted. In Paragraph No.20 the sentence “provided the facts are complicated” is to be deleted. Therefore, the Registry is directed to issue fresh copy of the order after making necessary modifications. ______ VN, J IS
