The petitioner is under suspension since 25.04.2023. According to counsel for parties, it is not under much dispute that charge- sheet was submitted on 14.03.2024 and thereafter a reply has also been filed and according to instruction of Sri Om Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for respondent, the inquiry be concluded within two months, subject to co-operation of petitioner. 2. Sri Abhishek Dwivedi, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is also facing trial, however, there are statements recorded during trial which favours the case of petitioner that he has not committed any offence as alleged in charge-sheet also. 3. I have considered the above submission since trial has not been concluded, therefore, no reliance could be place on any statement made during trial, however, as referred above, the inquiry could be concluded within two months subject to co-operation of petitioner, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case, inquiry is not concluded within aforesaid period with co- operation of petitioner, the suspension order dated 25.04.2023 shall be kept in abeyance subject to outcome of inquiry.
