JUSTICE MICHAEL ZOTHANKHUMA ORDER 19.01.2026 Heard Ms. K. Laltanpuii, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that there is a delay of 5 days in filing the appeal against the impugned Judgment & Award dated 22.08.2025, passed by the District Judge, Aizawl in Arbitration Case No. 4/2022, arising out of Arbitration Proceeding No. 5/2022. Mrs. Vanneihsiami, learned Advocate General submits that she has no objection to the delay of 5 days being condoned. On considering the grounds for the delay in filing the appeal, this Court finds that sufficient cause for the delay has been made out. Accordingly, the delay of 5 days is condoned.
