The Court made the following Order: This Court vide order dated 27.12.2023 in W.P.No.7606 of 2012 i allowed the writ petition and also directed to extend all service benefits by i treating the period of suspension of the petitioner as on duty for all the purposes. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with, and the proceedings \> / 2 dated 26.11.2024 was issued by the competent authority in furtherance of the proceedings dated 21.09.2024. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner disputes the quantum 3. of amount received by the petitioner. Insofar as, the prayer of the writ petition is concerned, it is confined to seeking a declaration of quashing the proceedings which were initiated against the petitioner vide R.C.No.320/2010/E/HC dated 28.07.2011. This Court had allowed the writ petition, and the respondents have passed proceedings dated 21.09.2024 and 26.11.2024. It is for the petitioner to take further steps with the respondents if the computation arrived at by the respondents is not in accordance with the calculations expected of by the petitioner. Insofar as, the compliance of the orders of this Court is concerned, this Court is of the considered view that the respondents have complied with the orders. As such, the contempt case is closed.
