This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in interfering with the civil disputes of the Petitioners and calling them to Police station without following due process of law, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of fundamental rights

and Consequently direct the Respondents not to interfere in civil disputes of the Petitioners by consequently directing the Respondents not to call the Petitioners to police station unnecessarily without following due process of law.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes of the Petitioners.
3. Sri D.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes of the Petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
