Das, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/writ petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Nayak, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents. This interlocutory application had been filed by the applicant/writ petitioner praying for restraining the authorities from giving effect to the letter dated 26.07.2023, issued by the Associate Planner, GMC and the order dated 31.10.2023, issued by the CEO, GMDA. Page No.# 3/3 By the letter dated 26.07.2023, the Associate Planner, GMC, had required the petitioner to submit copies of No Objection Certificate (NOC), Approved Plan and Occupancy Certificate with regard to the construction carried out by her. By the order dated 31.10.2023, the representation filed by the applicant/writ petitioner praying for regularization of her unauthorized consideration had been rejected by the CEO, GMDA. The parent writ petition being WP(C)/4081/2023 has been disposed of by the order dated 14.10.2025. In view of the disposal of the parent writ petition, no further orders are called for to adjudicate the present interlocutory application.
