Ngongo, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, submits that he has been instructed by the petitioner to withdraw the case with liberty to file a fresh one, if necessary. Mr. S. Nepolean, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents, submits that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for. However, no liberty may be granted.
