In compliance of the order dated 05.05.2025, learned counsel for the respondent has produced a copy of the speaking order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Director General, Haryana State Transport, Faridabad. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
