GP FOR IRRI AND CAD (AP) The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.14051 OF 2019 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “….to issue a Writ or Order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in restraining the petitioners to act in their designated posts of President, Vice-President and directors of Andukur 116 Water Users Society by coercion and threats by calling petitioners to police station and confining and insisting petitioners to resign to 5 petitioners posts under the influence of the M.L.A and the Political clout of the present Government as arbitrary, illegal, unlawful and violative of Articles- 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to cause illegal interference in the functions of the petitioners society and desist from such acts on insisting the petitioners to resign their posts of the society and taking the petitioners to the police station from morning to till late night since 15 days by taking law into their hands Pass…” 2.
