ORDER: This CrimI-naI Petition, under sectI'OnS 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya NagarI-k Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the Petitioners/Al and A3, seeking bail, in Crime No.30/2025 of Visakhapatnam police station, GRP Vijayawada. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners and others for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ill)(C) of the Narcotl-c Drugs and psychotropic substances Act. 3. Case of the prosecutI'On, I'n brief, is that on 31.01.2025, on credI-ble information regarding illegal possession and transportation of ganja, the IPF/RPF, along wI'th his Staff, While Checking at platforms as a Part Of Enforcement duties caught three persons and found 58 Kgs of Ganja. The contraband, along with other material, was seized under the cover of mediators report and the accused were arrested on the same day i.e. on 31.01.2025. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Learned Ass`istant Public prosecutor submits that major part ofothe investigation is completed except fiII'ng Of Charge sheet. 6.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are daily wage labour and their famI-ly members are depending on the meager income of the petI-tiOnerS and Prays tO enlarge the petitioners on ? t=z+jrd- L___ ___ . •4AI Td, 3 bail. He submits that the petitioners were arrested on 31.01.2025 and since then they are languishing in jail. 7. A perusal of the-material available on record goes to showthatthe Petitioners Were arrested On 31.01.2025 and since then they are languishing in jail. As stated by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, major portion of investigation was completed except filing of charge sheet. ln the circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners herein, on the following conditions. (i) The petitioners/Al and A3 herein shall be released on their executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties for a lI-ke Sum each tO the Satisfaction of the VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First class for Railways, Visakhapatnam; (ii) On release, the petitioners shall appear before the station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e, on every sunday + between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of charge sheet. 8.
