Learned counsel for the Petitioners has submitted that the petitioners, 1. Paresh Chandra Das, 2. Ramesh Chandra Das, 3. Madan Tlukdar and 4. Gururam Das were granted interim bail vide order dated 19.12.2022. Charge sheet was laid against one of the petitioner i.e. Parash Chandra Das vide Charge Sheet No. 287/2022 dated 29.12.2022 which has been clearly reflected in the order of this court dated 28.02.2023 in connection with this case It is submitted that as the petitioners have been directed to appear before the learned trial court, the petitioners have already appeared before the trial court and they are on bail.
