The present petition has been filed seeking grant of Anticipatory Bail to the petitioners in a Criminal Case arising out of G.D. No. 27 dated 26.12.2025 (P-3) (cross case of FIR No.204 dated 22.11.2025) 1) under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 74, 333, 303(2), 190, 191(3) BNS and (section 117(2) BNS added later on) Station Sadar Nakodar, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar. Vide order dated 30.03.2026, concession of interim anticipatory bail directe investigation.
