Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grievance of the petitioner is that police are not filing charge sheet in Crime No.324 of 2016 on the file of the 3rd respondent Police Station, till this date. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that a direction may be given to the respondent-police to conclude the investigation. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report 3 according to law as expeditiously as possible within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if not already filed by this date. No order as to costs.
