GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 5th respondent in not properly investigating the case in Cr No 520/2020 U/s 120 (b) 405,408 420 R/w 34 IPC and 156(3) Cr Pc of Eluru II Town Police Station dt 11.11.2020 and simply issued notices under section 160 CrPC dt 25.6.2021 to respondent Nos 7 to 17 by allowing them to knock away the amassed/acquired immovable property chits from out of diverting amounts 3 of chit holders and investors of Siri Navodaya Chits India Private Limited Eluru in collusion with 6th respondent Bank manager without considering the representation of petitioner dt.27.7.2021 for forming a special investigation team to conclude the investigation and file charge of section 173 Criminal procedure code besides Articles 14 19 and 21 of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to conclude the investigation in Cr No 520/2020 U/s 120 b 405 408 420 R/w 34 IPC and 156(3) CrPC of eluru II town Police station dt 11.11.2020 and to file charge sheet at the earliest point of time.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that investigation in Crime No.520 of 2020 on the file of Eluru II Town Police Station, is going on. 3. Sri Tata Singaiah Goud, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondents - Police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.520 of 2020 on the file of Eluru II Town Police Station, if not concluded, and file a report in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
