This L.P.A. was disposed of by order dated 24th March, 2026. However, the matter was posted for considering compliance. 2. Mr. Birendra Lal Ghosh, the Assistant Manager (HR) of the appellant has filed a compliance affidavit stating that an amount of Rs.11,63,255/- has been deposited in this Court vide cheque drawn in the name of the Registrar General of this Court. The amount includes the costs of Rs.25,000/-. 3. The Registry to transfer the deposited amount at the earliest to the concerned workman i.e., Sri Anil Rajwar through proper banking channels or by issuing a demand draft in his name. The assistance of the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Dhanbad may be obtained to secure the identity, address and bank details of Sri Anil Rajwar so that the amount can be immediately transferred to him. 2 4. The appellant, who is the employer of Sri Anil Rajwar should also contact Sri Anil Rajwar and furnish the above details to the Secretary, DLSA, Dhanbad within the next 15 days. 5. The Secretary, DLSA, Dhanbad should also independently try and obtain these details and once the details are obtained immediately communicate the same to the Registrar General of this Court. 6.
