This is an application filed Under Section 419 (3) BNSS for grant of Special leave to file an appeal against the impugned acquittal order dated 27.03.2024 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Fast Track Special Court (POCSO Act) in S.C Case No. 104/2021 A/o Crl. Tr. No. 1433/2021. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has prayed for leave to file an appeal, on the grounds that there are sufficient reasons for setting aside the said impugned order, since the learned Court had not appreciated the evidence adduced by the prosecution in its proper prospective. Mr. Lalrokunga Pautu, learned counsel for the respondent does not object to the grant of leave to file the appeal against the impugned Judgment & Order. Page No.# 3/3 Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels, this court finds it appropriate to grant the special leave to file an appeal against the impugned acquittal order dated 27.03.2024 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Fast Track Special Court (POCSO Act) in S.C Case No. 104/2021 A/o Crl.
