Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26299 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai – 600 104, on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
