This application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Alaratdin Ali @ Rahul Ali, seeking bail in Pulibor P.S. Case No. 153/2024 registered under Sections 21(b)/25 of NDPS Act, 1985 corresponding to G.R. No. 765/2024, wherein he was arrested on 08.11.2024 and is in custody since then. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. Chamuah, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application to which Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection.
