While placing on record communication dated 18.09.2025, issued under the signatures of Regional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Dharamshala, Mr. Raman Jamalta, learned counsel representing respondent No.2 states that sum of Rs. 1,45,138/- stands paid to the petitioner vide cheque No.46727 dated 18.9.2025 and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present application. Having perused the aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned counsel representing respondent No.2. In view of the above, the present application is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
