GP FOR HOME 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “ .... to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in interfering with the management and administration of Saradhi Hospital at H.No.74-13-8, Prakash Nagar, Rajamahendravaram as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Article 14 and 19(1)(g) of Constitution of India and consequently restrain the Respondent No.3 and his personnel from interfering with the day to day management and administration of Saradhi Hospital at H.No.74-13-8,Prakash Nagar, Rajamahendravaram and pass ....” 2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that respondent Police are interfering with the day to day business activities of the Petitioner, which is illegal and arbitrary. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that respondent Police never interfered with the day to day business activities of the Petitioner and that no further orders are necessary and this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed not to interfere in the business activities of the Petitioner except following due process of law.
