By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has questioned the suspension order. 2. It transpires from the record that certain charges of financial irregularities have come to be levelled against the petitioner along with Pradhan while carrying out certain delinquent activities including construction activities in respect of Gowshala. The charges have been found prima facie established and the petitioner has been placed under suspension. 3. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, I find it to be appropriate at this stage that departmental enquiry is completed which shall have fact finding final report and petitioner to cooperate in the same and if delay occurs, petitioner may be entitled for revocation of his suspension order. 4. Accordingly, it is provided that the concerned respondent shall conclude the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner within a period of three months from production of certified copy of this order and petitioner shall also be cooperating in the same. Petitioner in these period shall be paid subsistence allowance regularly. 5. It is further provided that in the event disciplinary proceeding is not concluded within the time frame as prescribed herein above, despite due cooperation rendered by petitioner, the order or suspension dated 31.01.2025 shall stand revoked.
