Borah, learned counsel for the petitioners who submits that the petitioners were granted interim bail by this Court on 06.12.2024 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation. 2. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, the charge- sheet has already been laid bearing charge-sheet No. 42/2024 dated 31.12.2024. 3. In view of the fact that the charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case as well as the fact that the petitioners have co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 06.12.2024 by this Court is hereby made absolute. 4.
