The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 28 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 590(B) of 2021, for the offences registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Khunti. 3. On 22.02.2021, four unknown criminals came to the shop of the informant and on pistol point robbed him. The accused persons looted Rs. 83,000/- from his shop. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khunti in connection with Khunti P.S.
