This is an application for initiating the contempt proceeding for alleged willful violation of order dated 21.02.2023 passed in W.P.(S) No.5625 of 2019. 3. This Court in the aforesaid writ petition had directed the petitioner to file a representation putting forward his claim before the Registrar, Kolhan University, Chaibasa, and the Registrar was directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. 2 4. Now, though after much delay and only after this Court had taken a hard stand, a reasoned order as contained in Memo bearing Ref. No.KU/R/57/25 dated 22.01.2025, has been passed. 5. Since the reasoned order has been passed, I am not inclined to proceed any further in the contempt proceeding. 6. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped. 7. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the reasoned order, if he is aggrieved by the same. 8.
