The petitioner has been allowed the pensionary benefits. However, the benefit of annual increment has been withheld by the respondents on the premise that the issue with respect to such claim is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP(C )No. 8008 of 2025, titled as, State of H.P. & others vs. Ram Chand and the Hon’ble Supreme Court has stayed the directions passed by this Court with respect to counting of increments during the contract service. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- 2. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition at this stage, reserving right to file the execution petition afresh after final disposal of issue, as noticed above, by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 3.
