1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the respondent- New Delhi Municipal Council (“NDMC”), seeking modification of the order dated 11th July, 2025, to the extent that in Paras 8 and 12 of the said order, the statement made on behalf of the counsel for the NDMC, wherein, it is stated that various breaches are condonable, may not be recorded as a statement having been made on behalf of counsel for the NDMC.

Learned counsel for the respondent-NDMC extends unconditional apology for any statement that may have been made on his behalf, inadvertently.
3. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Having heard learned counsels for the parties, this Court accepts the apology tendered by learned counsel for the NDMC.
6. The statement, as made on behalf of learned counsel for the NDMC, as recorded in Paras 8 and 12 of the order dated 11th July, 2025, that the breaches as enlisted therein may be condonable, stands withdrawn.
7. However, it is clarified that as regards the issue, whether or not the said breaches are condonable, the NDMC shall be bound by its applicable Circulars and Notes.
8. With the aforesaid clarifications and directions, the present application is disposed of.
