Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 18/1/2019 passed by the respondent no. 3 (Tehsildar Tehsil Modi Nagar District Ghaziabad in Case No. 5079 of 2017 and Computerized No. T2017112816025079 (Land Management Committee versus Brahm Dutt) filed as an Annexure No. 6 in the writ petition." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order dated 18.01.2019 passed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing appeal under Section 67(5) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5.
