The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a 90% physically challenged person, who had deposed his evidence connected to the case in SC No.517 of 2023, for which the private respondents are continuously threatening him. 3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that already a complaint has been received in this regard. 4.
