GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING 3 The Court made the following order: The grievance of the petitioner is that despite finalization of bills payable to it in relation to the work i.e., ‘Urgent repairs to Footpaths and Hand Railings of Nunepalli Bridge and providing Road Safety interventions in Nandyal Town limits from km.181/100 to 186/000 on Sangameswaram - Nandyal road (Atmakur-Nandyal Section) of N.H.167K in Nandyal District of A.P.’ vide Agreement No.32/2022-23, dated 20.02.2023, the respondent authorities have failed to release the payment of an amount of Rs.41,03,038/- 2. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, Sri P.Anand Surya, learned counsel, representing Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the respondent authorities have released the entitled amount to the petitioner and the petitioner has received the same. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition and prayed to close the Writ Petition. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
