3. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail in respect of CM ’s Vigilance P.S. Case No. 06/2024.
4. On 16.12.2024, the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court and pursuant to the interim order of this Court, he has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co- operated with the investigation. The learned counsel appearing for the CM ’s Vigilance Cell has confirmed this.
5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides.
6. Since the petitioner has co-operated with the Investigating Officer, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, his bail application is allowed.
7. The interim bail granted on 16.12.2024 in favour of the petitioner is hereby made absolute.
8. The petitioner shall continuously co-operate with the investigation as and when required. With the aforesaid direction, the pre-arrest bail application is disposed of. The CD shall be returned.
