During this period, the suspension was treated as a period of leave with Earned Leave being adjusted against it. Aggrieved by this, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the first respondent, which has been kept pending. Hence he filed W.P(MD).No.32458 of 2025 seeking for mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner. 2.
