Chander Kala Vs. Smt. M. Sudha Devi & Anr. COPC No.112 of 2023 24.03.2025 Present: Mr. Sparsh Bhushan, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. L.N. Sharma, Additional Advocate General, for the respondents. CMP No.19730 of 2024 Following order was passed in the matter on 08.01.2025:- “Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 07.01.2025, relevant part of which reads as under:- “Kindly refer to the orders dated 27.12.2024. In this regard it is submitted that, as per the directions of the Hon’ble Court, the petitioner Smt. Chander Kala has been appointed/ regularized as Supervisor, retrospectively vide this Directorates’ office order dated 30.12.2024 (copy attached) and bill for payment of due & admissible arrear of pay amounting to Rs.3,49,996/- to the petitioner has been submitted by this Department through the Child Development Project Officer Shillai, District Sirmour to the concerned Treasury for sanction. As soon as the bill is passed by the Treasury, the above said amount will be automatically credited to the petitioner’s bank account directly from the Treasury.” Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the decision rendered on 14.10.2022 in CWP No.4497 of 2021, the petitioner is also entitled to interest on account of delayed payment of arrears to her. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that for the aforesaid purpose, the matter be taken up after four weeks. That the payment due and admissible to the petitioner of the interest component as per the judgment will also be made by that time. In view of the aforesaid submissions, list the matter after four weeks.” 2. Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 13.02.2025 from the Director, Women & Child Development, Himachal Pradesh. As per these instructions, interest amount due and admissible to the petitioner now stands released in her favour. 3. The above factual position is admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner.
