The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents No.2 to 5 in providing Police aid to the persons and property in an extant of Ac.0.41 Cents in Sy.No.37/1A/2 of Patrapalli Village, V.Kota Mandal, Chittoor District, from the respondents No.6 to 8 in pursuance of the ad-interim injunction order, dated 02-06- 2017 made in I.A.No. 788 of 2017 in O.S.No.94 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Palamaner, Chittoor District, as arbitrary, illegal, abdication of the statutory duty cast on them, contrary to the well settled legal position apart from being voilative of the fundamental and Constitutional rights guaranteed to petitioner under Articles 14, 19,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.2 to 4 in providing Police aid to the persons and property in an extant of Ac.0.41 Cents in Sy.No.37/1A/2 of Patrapalli Village, V.Kota Mandal, Chittoor District, from the respondents No.6 to 8 in pursuance of the ad-interim injunction order, dated 02-06-2017 made in I.A.No.788 of 2017 in O.S.No.94 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Palamaner, Chittoor District.”

Ms.S.Parineeta, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.94 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Palamaner for permanent injunction and also obtained ad- interim injunction in her favour against Respondent Nos.6 to 8 in I.A.No.788 of 2017 in O.S.No.94 of 2017, dated 02.06.2017 and the same is still in force.
Learned counsel would submit that the Petitioner has approached the Police and submitted a representation seeking Police protection, but the Police have not responded to her representation.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that, since the civil suit is pending between the parties and the matter is of civil nature, they have not given any protection and that they are ready to obey the orders of this Court.

In the light of the interim injunction order passed in I.A.No.788 of 2017 in O.S.No.94 of 2017, dated 02.06.2017 which is in favour of the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Police to look into the representation of the Petitioner and take appropriate steps according to law to protect the property of the Petitioner so long as the injunction is in her favour. There shall be no order as to costs.
