1. This is an offence reference for extension of time to conclude the trial of the Criminal Case No. 6491/2018 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur.
2. Perused the request letter dated 25.04.2025 sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur for extension of time to conclude the trial of the case. It is requested that this Court vide its order dated 18.10.2024 passed in CRMP No. 2799/2024 directed the learned trial Court to conclude the trial
2 within 06 months from the next date fixed before it. The learned trial Court has received the copy of the order on 18.10.2024, thereafter, making their efforts to conclude the trial the notices and warrants including arrest warrant were issued to the witnesses, it appears that 09 witnesses are yet to be examined in the case, therefore, time to conclude the trial of the case may be extended.
3. On due consideration 03 months further time is extended from the next date fixed before the learned trial Court to conclude the trial of the Criminal Case No. 6491/2019 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur.
4. With this aforesaid extension of time, the present CRMP is disposed of. Sd/- (Ravindra Kumar Agrawal) Judge
