Both these writ petitions were preferred by and on behalf of the owner of the vehicle, feeling aggrieved by the recovery rights of compensation extended to the Insurance Company. 2. It has jointly been submitted by counsel for both parties that the Insurance Company has undertaken not to recover the compensation from the owner which has already paid to the complainant. 3. In view of above, the grievance raised by the petitioner- owner of the vehicle stands satisfied. 4. Accordingly, the writ petitions stand disposed of. 5.
