The first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn after arguing for sometime vide order dated 10.06.2024 passed in MCRC No. 3383/2024. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that there are commercial dispute between the parties which does not come under the definition of cheating and the dispute with respect to the transaction between the parties, is remaining only for 30,000/- and only one witness has been examined till SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Digitally signed by SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Date: 2025.05.09 18:31:12 +0530 2 date. The applicant is in jail since 18.02.2024, therefore, he filed the second bail application. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and also in the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not fine any ground which comes under the scope of change in circumstances, accordingly, the second bail application of the applicant is rejected.
