Case No.357 of 2025. A theft was committed in the house of the informant and jewelries as well as cash were stolen. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of co-accused Sumit Ram, consequent to which the petitioner had also confessed and some stolen articles were recovered. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2025 as well as the nature of offence, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Gumla P.S.
