Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the criminal 3. petition may be disposed of by giving a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, since A.2, who is the wife of A.1, is an otherwise abled person. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that the Court may 4. pass appropriate orders. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would also submit that the Court 5. may pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made, as this calendar case is of the 6. year 2022, this criminal petition is disposed of, dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court, unless their presence is specifically directed. However, the learned trial Judge is requested to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, without granting any adjournment in a casual manner by mere asking.
